This session is for families with babies between 6 and 12 months who are at any stage of their solids journey. You would benefit if your baby:
- Is just starting solids and you want to do it right from the beginning
- Has been on purees and you want to transition to textures and self-feeding
- Is already on solids but mealtimes are stressful, chaotic, or inconsistent
- Refuses the high chair, throws food, or only eats with screens or distractions
- Is not eating enough or you’re unsure if they’re getting adequate nutrition
- If mealtimes feel overwhelming right now..
Regardless of where you’re starting from, this session is designed for you.
Not at all, and this is one of the most common situations we work with. Many families come to us after weeks or even months on purees, feeling like they’ve missed the window. They haven’t. Babies between 6 and 12 months are remarkably adaptable, and the transition from purees to textures and self-feeding is very much workable within this session. What matters is not where you’re starting from, it’s having the right guidance to move forward. That’s exactly what these 10 days are for.
This is exactly what the session addresses. High chair refusal, distracted eating, and food rejection are the three most common reasons parents come to Riddhi, and all three are workable. Riddhi will guide you on how to respond in the moment, what to change in the environment, and how to build the habit of calm, focused meals over the 10 days.
This session works best when you’re truly ready to commit. Here’s how to know if the timing is right. This session is right for you if:
- Your baby is between 6 and 12 months old.
- You can commit to 10 consecutive days with no major travel or disruption planned
- All caregivers : partners, grandparents, nannies, are aligned and on board with the approach
- You are ready to be consistent, even on hard days
- You want your child to be a genuinely independent eater, not just a child who eats when you perform
This is probably not the right time if:
- You’re traveling during the 10 days
- Your baby is currently unwell or under heavy medication
- Caregivers at home are not aligned
- You’re not yet ready to remove screens and distractions at mealtimes
Every baby is different, but here is what most families experience by Day 10:
- A baby who sits in the high chair willingly and with far less resistance
- Mealtimes that are calmer, more predictable, and genuinely enjoyable
- A baby exploring a wider variety of textures and foods independently
- A parent who feels confident – not anxious – at every meal
- A clear routine for meals and naps that works for your household
- A much better understanding of your baby’s hunger and fullness cues
The 10 days don’t just change your baby’s eating. They change how you feel about mealtimes, and that shift tends to last.
This session covers everything you need to feed your baby with confidence:
- How to separate your baby’s meals from the family’s, and why this changes everything
- Building a meal and nap routine that works for your household
- Creating nutrient-dense meals for growth using 120+ BLW recipes
- Balancing milk and solids through each day without anxiety
- Introducing allergens, textures, and finger foods safely and confidently
- Understanding the difference between choking and gagging, so you stop holding back
- Developing healthy chewing and biting habits from the start
- Responding to food throwing, high chair refusals, and meal rejections without caving
- Handling BLW during travel, teething, sick days, and food sensitivities
- What to do when routines fall apart, and how to get back on track
We begin with one introductory call where Riddhi gets to understand your baby’s current situation, feeding history, and your household setup fully. This call shapes everything that follows.
From Day 1, the entire session runs on WhatsApp. After each meal, you share a photo, video, or voice note. Riddhi reviews it and responds with observations, adjustments, and your plan for the next meal.
Days 1–7 are your active phase – daily hands-on guidance where I am closely involved in every meal. Days 8–10 are your shadow phase, you lead independently and we are available after meals to answer questions and consolidate what you’ve learned.
The WhatsApp group (the group is between you &/or your family members, & Riddhi and her team) closes at the end of Day 10. However, you will still have access to the group as long as you don’t delete it or exit.
The session runs for 10 consecutive days.
Days 1–7: Active phase : Riddhi’s intensive daily support & guidance after/before/during every meal.
Days 8–10: Shadow phase : you implement independently with Riddhi on standby.
Riddhi is available on WhatsApp during these windows (IST):
- 8 am – 10 am
- 12 pm – 2 pm
- 6 pm – 8 pm
Please note:
- For families outside India: Riddhi is not available between 12 am to 7 am IST
- If you are in a different timezone, let us know before we start, we adjust to your meal windows where possible.
Because real change happens at the meal, not in a scheduled call.
WhatsApp lets you share exactly what happened, a photo right after your baby ate, a voice note about a difficult moment, a video of a new texture being tried. Riddhi can see it, respond to it, and adjust your plan immediately.
A scheduled video call can’t do that. By the time you get on a call, the moment has passed and you’re working from memory. This format also means support happens when you need it, around your meals, around your baby’s schedule, not around our calendars.
After working with thousands of families across 40+ countries, this is the format that consistently produces the best results.
Parents who were sceptical about WhatsApp support are often the ones who become its biggest advocates by Day 10.
When you book the BLW Personal Sessions, you receive: ·
- 10 days of daily personalised guidance entirely on WhatsApp
- One introductory call before the session begins
- Access to 120+ BLW recipes covering a wide range of foods, textures, and age-appropriate meals

The WhatsApp group closes at the end of Day 10.
We recommend saving the entire chat, every observation, adjustment, and strategy shared during the session is specific to your child and will serve as a valuable reference long after we are done.
For continued support after the session, two options work well for most families:
Nutrition Club : our weekly meal plan subscription that keeps your child’s meals varied, nutritious, and age-appropriate as they grow. Many families from the RPE session join the Nutrition Club to maintain momentum and keep expanding food variety. You can explore it here.
Longer Personalised Program: if towards the end of the 10 days you feel you want to continue with guided support, our one-month and three-month programs are the natural next step. Moving directly into a longer program means the momentum you’ve built doesn’t break – and the progress continues.
Within India: ₹19,999
Outside India: $349
This includes 10 days of daily personalised guidance, 120+ BLW recipes, free meal guides worth ₹1,000, and everything covered in the “What’s included?” section above.
Not sure yet? Book a 15-minute discovery call first – It’s a chance for us to understand your baby’s situation and confirm the session is the right fit before you invest.
Refund policy: We have a strict no-refund policy on all personal sessions. This is why we encourage every family to book a discovery call before committing, so we can make sure the timing and fit are right for you. Read our Refund Policy here.
Rescheduling policy: You may reschedule once at no additional charge, but only before your program start date. Once the session has begun, it cannot be paused, extended, or rescheduled for any reason, including illness, travel, or personal circumstances. If you need to reschedule a second time (or more), a fee of 20% of your total booking amount will apply before a new date is confirmed.
Please choose your 10 days carefully, ensuring no major disruptions are planned during the session.
