Refund & Rescheduling Policy
1. No Refunds for Booked for Personal Sessions
Once a personal coaching session is successfully booked, the session fee is non-refundable (full or partial) under any circumstances, including health-related issues.We strongly encourage you to review session details, pricing, and the “Understanding How BLW Sessions Are Conducted” video before booking. If you require additional clarification before enrolling (especially if you are taking a one-month or three-month session), you may book a discovery call with our expert team.
2. Rescheduling Policy
To maintain structure and ensure fairness across all programs, the following rescheduling terms apply to 10-day, 1-month, and 3-month sessions:
All reschedule requests must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date.
Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule, regardless of program duration.
Any reschedule beyond the one-time allowance will incur a fee of 20% of the base session price.
The one-time reschedule applies strictly to the original booking. Sessions cannot be paused, split, rolled forward indefinitely, or converted into credits.
For 1-month and 3-month programs, start dates are mutually agreed upon in advance. If the agreed start date needs to be changed, the above rescheduling terms will apply.
3. Missed Rescheduled Sessions
If a rescheduled session is missed, the session will be considered completed as scheduled. No refunds or further reschedules will be offered.
4. Masterclasses, Nutrition Club & Meal Guides
All purchases of masterclasses, nutrition club and meal guides are final. No refunds (full or partial) will be issued once access has been granted.
