How This 3-Month Support Works

The support is valid for all children between 6 months and 6 years. 

This program follows a structured rhythm of active and passive weeks. We work closely during active weeks, then intentionally step back during passive weeks so you can practise, observe, and build confidence, with support still available when needed.

The Rhythm

Active Weeks: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9 & 10        Passive Weeks: 4, 8, 11 & 12

Throughout the 3 Months

Across both active and passive weeks, I:

  • Hold your child’s full feeding history and context

  • Track patterns over time, not just individual meals

  • Help you decide when to step in and when to step back

  • Adjust guidance as your child grows and situations change

  • Support you through real-life disruptions like travel, illness, and routine shifts

What is Included
Active & Passive Weeks
  • 6 structured 1:1 calls
  • Start call : Before we begin your program, we understand your child, history, and goals.
  • Early Progress Call (Week 2 | Active Week) : Once initial changes are in place, we review how your child is responding, address early concerns, and fine-tune strategies so momentum builds without pressure.
  • Mid-Point Call (Week 5 | Active Week) : At the start of the second active phase, we look at patterns that have emerged, reassess what’s working, and adjust the approach for the next phase of progress.
  • Integration Call (Week 7 | Active Week) : As routines begin to settle, we focus on integrating changes into real life - travel, social situations, school routines, and off-days - so progress holds beyond ideal weeks.
  • Pre-Closure Call (Week 9 | Active Week) : As the final active phase begins, we review consistency, address lingering doubts, and strengthen decision-making so you feel less dependent on our validation.
  • Closing Call (Week 12 | Passive Week) : Towards the end of the program, we consolidate all learnings, reinforce confidence, and outline clear next steps so you can continue calmly and independently beyond the program.
  • Active Weeks: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9 & 10. During Active weeks, you recieve:
  • Weekly tailored meal plans based on your child’s age, preferences, and challenges
  • Ongoing troubleshooting for food refusal, gagging, Removal of Screen or any distraction during mealtimes, texture transitions, picky eating
  • Guidance on introducing specific foods and handling reactions
  • Review of all mealtime videos & share clarity on whats needed to change/improved
  • Practical strategies to improve balance, exposure, and confidence at meals
  • Pattern spotting and course correction over time
  • Emotional reassurance and mindset support when feeding feels heavy
  • Scheduled 1:1 calls spaced intentionally across the program
  • Passive Weeks: 4, 8, 11 & 12: During passive weeks, Riddhi stays in your corner, but steps back.You practise what you’ve already learned, gaining confidence in your own decisions. No new strategies are introduced during this phase.
What is Not Included
Active & Passive Weeks
  • Daily or minute-by-minute meal tracking
  • Live meal supervision
  • Ad-hoc calls. Call timings will always be pre & mutually decided
  • 24/7 instant replies: Riddhi responds during her working hours so she can give you thoughtful, experience-backed guidance instead of rushed answers.
  • Riddhi's Working hours (IST):
  • Monday to Sunday: 8–10am, 12–2pm, 6–8pm
  • Monday to Sunday, Outside India: Available except between 11pm and 7am IST
