Our meal plans are designed for the whole family—with easy modifications for babies, toddlers, and adults. To get the most out of the experience, we recommend joining the Nutrition Club once your baby is 8 months or older.

After you choose a plan & complete the payment, the Telegram group link will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp/SMS on your registered number.

Meal plans are shared exclusively in the Telegram group. You must join the group to access your daily and weekly meal plans. This is a group-based service and does not include customized or personalized meal plans. 

If you’re looking for personalized guidance tailored to your child’s needs, you can book a One-on-One Consultation or join our Masterclass for in-depth strategies on feeding, picky eating, and nutrition.

A new weekly meal plan is sent every Thursday by 6 PM, covering meals from Friday to Thursday.

Yes, the weekly meal plan will be shared every Thursday by 6 PM. In addition, the daily meal plan for the next day (from the same weekly plan) will be sent every evening at 6 PM for easy day-by-day planning.

No, the Nutrition Club provides tips, nutritional insights, and recommendations, including foods to avoid for children below 12 months. However, it does not include instructions on how to serve foods for different age groups. The content is designed for all age groups, and parents are responsible for determining the appropriate way to serve the foods to their child.

A new weekly meal plan is shared every Thursday and remains accessible until the next Thursday, after which a new link is provided and the previous one expires.

This system keeps meal plans fresh, organized, and free from redundancy. If you happen to miss a week, no stress—just follow the next week’s plan. Each weekly meal plan is independent and not linked to the previous one, so you can jump back in anytime! 😊

Our meal plans are vegetarian (with vegan alternatives) and designed to be family-friendly. While the meals are primarily Indian, we also incorporate different vegetarian cuisines occasionally to keep things exciting and break the monotony. Currently, the plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and snacks are coming soon!  

  • This service provides structured diet or meal plans and recipes only. It does not include solutions for food refusal, picky eating, or other mealtime challenges.
  • For personalized guidance, you can enroll in a Masterclass or book a 1:1 consultation with Riddhi, where specific concerns related to your child’s eating habits can be addressed.
  • There is no refund once you have paid for the service. Since meal plans and resources are shared digitally, we do not offer refunds after payment.
  • However, you can cancel your subscription anytime to stop future renewals. Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
