This session is for families with children between 1yr and 6 years who are struggling with any of the following:
Your child eats only a handful of foods and refuses everything else
Mealtimes only work with screens, toys, books, or someone running around
Your child gags, spits, or refuses foods based on texture, colour, or smell
You’re still spoon-feeding or chasing your child through every meal
Your child drinks excess milk and skips meals entirely
Mealtimes end in tears – yours, theirs, or both
You’ve tried everything and nothing has worked
If mealtimes feel like a battle you’re losing every single day, this progran is designed
for you.
No, and this is one of the most common fears parents bring to me.
Many families come to me after 2, 3, even 4 years of mealtime struggles. Some have tried other approaches, read every book, and still feel stuck. It is not too late.
Children’s eating habits are not fixed. They are shaped by environment, routine, and parental response, all of which can change. The older the child, the more patient and consistent the process needs to be, but the results are absolutely achievable.
What matters is not how long this has been going on. What matters is whether you’re ready to commit to 10 days of doing things differently. That’s exactly what this session is for.
This is the most common situation we work with in the RPE session, and it is absolutely workable. A child who eats only a few foods is not a permanently picky eater. They have simply learned that refusing gets them back to what feels safe. The goal is not to force new foods, it is to change the environment and your responses so that trying new things no longer feels threatening to them.
During the session Riddhi will guide you on:
- How to introduce new foods without triggering a shutdown
- How to expand texture tolerance gradually
- How to respond when your child refuses to eat
- How to make the table feel safe enough for curiosity to happen
Most families see their child try at least one new food within the first week. Some see it within the first few days.
This session works best when you are truly ready to commit. Here’s how to know if the timing is right: This session is right for you if:
- Your child is between 12 months and 6 years old
- You can commit to 10 consecutive days with no major travel or disruption planned
- All caregivers – partners, grandparents, nannies – are aligned and on board with the approach
- You are ready to be consistent, even when your child pushes back hard
- You are willing to remove screens, toys, and distractions from mealtimes entirely
- You want your child to be a genuinely independent eater, not just a child who eats when you perform
This is probably not the right time if:
- You are traveling during the 10 days
- Your child is currently unwell
- Caregivers at home are not aligned
- You are not ready to hold firm when your child refuses
Every child is different, but here is what most families experience by Day 10:
- A child who sits at the table with significantly less resistance
- Mealtimes that are calmer, more predictable, and shorter
- A child trying at least 2–3 new foods or textures they previously refused
- Eliminated screen dependency at mealtimes
- A parent who feels confident – not anxious – when a meal doesn’t go as planned
- A clear routine for meals that works for your household ·
- A much better understanding of what is driving your child’s pickiness, and what to do about it
The 10 days don’t just change your child’s eating. They change how you feel about mealtimes, and that shift tends to last long after the session ends.
This session covers everything you need to reverse picky eating with confidence:
- How to separate your child’s meals from the family’s, and why this is the first step
- Building a meal and nap routine that creates genuine hunger at mealtimes
- How to introduce new foods and textures without pressure or force
- Understanding why your child gags, spits, or refuses — and how to respond
- Techniques to improve chewing, biting, and manage food spitting
- Weaning off excess milk and bottle dependency without a meltdown
- Eliminating screens, books, and toys at mealtimes, gradually and effectively
- How to respond calmly when your child refuses a meal – without caving or escalating
- Guidance on portion sizes and realistic intake expectations for your child’s age
- Handling picky eating during travel, illness, parties, and restaurant outings
- What to do when the whole family eats differently and your child notices
We begin with one introductory call where Riddhi gets to understand your child’s full feeding history, current situation, safe foods, refusal patterns, and your household setup. This call shapes everything that follows.
From Day 1, the entire session runs on WhatsApp. After each meal, you share a photo, video, or voice note. Riddhi reviews it and responds with observations, adjustments, and your plan for the next meal.
Days 1–7 are your active phase : daily hands-on guidance where Riddhi is closely involved in every meal.
Days 8–10 are your shadow phase : you implement independently and Riddhi is available after meals to answer questions and consolidate what you’ve learned. The WhatsApp group closes at the end of Day 10.
The session runs for 10 consecutive days.
Days 1–7: Active phase: intensive daily support with guidance after every meal.
Days 8–10: Shadow phase: you implement independently with me on standby.
Riddhi is available on WhatsApp during these windows (IST):
- 8 am – 10 am
- 12 pm – 2 pm
- 6 pm – 8 pm
Please note:
- For families outside India: We are not available between 12 am to 7 am IST
Because real change happens at the meal, not in a scheduled call. WhatsApp lets you share exactly what happened – a photo right after your child gagged, a voice note about a refusal, a video of a new texture being tried. Riddhi can see it, respond to it, and adjust your plan immediately. A scheduled video call cannot do that. By the time you get on a call, the moment has passed and you are working from memory.
This format also means support happens when you need it, around your child’s meals, around your schedule, not around our calendars. After working with thousand of families across 40+ countries, this is the format that consistently produces the best results.
Parents who were sceptical about WhatsApp support are often the ones who become its biggest advocates by Day 10.
When you book the RPE Personal Session, you receive:
- 10 days of daily personalised guidance entirely on WhatsApp
- One introductory call before the session begins
- Tailored daily meal and routine guidance based on your child’s specific food preferences and refusal patterns
- Daily feedback and adjustments based on your child’s progress
- Guidance on texture aversion, chewing techniques, milk weaning, screen-free meals, and portion sizes
- Support for travel, illness, parties, and restaurant outings during the session
- Free meal guides worth ₹1,000
The WhatsApp group closes at the end of Day 10.
We recommend saving the entire chat, every observation, adjustment, and strategy shared during the session is specific to your child and will serve as a valuable reference long after we are done.
For continued support after the session, two options work well for most families:
Nutrition Club : our weekly meal plan subscription that keeps your child’s meals varied, nutritious, and age-appropriate as they grow. Many families from the RPE session join the Nutrition Club to maintain momentum and keep expanding food variety. You can explore it here.
Longer Personalised Program: if towards the end of the 10 days you feel you want to continue with guided support, our one-month and three-month programs are the natural next step. Moving directly into a longer program means the momentum you’ve built doesn’t break – and the progress continues.
Within India: ₹34,999
Outside India: $549
This includes 10 days of daily personalised guidance, tailored meal and routine support, free meal guides worth ₹1,000, and everything covered in the “What’s included?” section above.
If you would like sessions for more than one child, please write to us at babyledweaningindia@gmail.com and we will arrange a package for you.

Refund policy: We have a strict no-refund policy on all personal programs. This is why we encourage every family to book a discovery call before committing – so we can make sure the timing and fit are right for you.
