Refund Policy
- No Refunds for Booked Sessions: Once a personal 10-day coaching session is successfully booked, no refunds( full or partial) will be offered for any reason, including health-related issues. We encourage you to make yourself aware of session prices and details by thoroughly checking our Personal Sessions Page and watching our ‘Understanding how BLW Sessions are conducted’ video. If you need more information on how our sessions are conducted, feel free to book a discovery call with our expert.
- Rescheduling Policy: Sessions can be rescheduled if notification is given at least one day before the scheduled session. A 10-day session can only be rescheduled once.
- Missed Rescheduled Sessions: No refunds or further rescheduling will be offered if you miss a rescheduled session. The session is considered completed as scheduled.
- Continuation of Started Sessions: If you cannot continue with a session that has already begun, the session will conclude on the 10th day from the start date with no refunds.
- Session Transfers: In case you are not able to begin the session, you can transfer it to a friend or relative within 30 days of the original session start date.
